Document hyperlinks fail when pathname contains spaces

The PSP process definitions contain hyperlinks to external files (such as the PIP form or the Test Report). Clicking these hyperlinks is supposed to create the file and open it in an appropriate editor. Unfortunately, if the name of the target file contains spaces, the file will be created but may not be opened automatically.
